I offer classical yoga adapted to your needs, to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing.
I work with people with neurological or chronic health conditions and with marginalised communities who have limited access to wellbeing services.
My approach is gentle, restorative and mindful, helping release tension, regulate the nervous system and restore balance, whether on the mat or in a chair.
Together, we’ll find movement and yoga practices that meet you where are and support you in ways that you need.
