Chair Yoga in Wanstead

Do you have Parkinson’s Disease, another movement disorder or long-term health condition? Can you get to Christ Church in Wanstead on a Wednesday lunchtime? Then join me for a weekly in-person group class to look after your physical and mental wellbeing.

The sessions are completely chair-based (no standing postures) and suitable for all abilities. The aim is to reduce stiffness and improve mobility and flexibility for everyday life. The breathwork and relaxation practices are designed to help you manage stress and find some inner calm.

The benefits of yoga have been well documented from improved posture, mobility and balance to reduced anxiety and a lifted mood. As a CNHC-registered yoga therapist, I am qualified to work with physical and mental health conditions.
