Yoga therapy one-to-one
Hello and welcome.
Whether you’re managing a health condition, feeling stuck or wish to find a practice that fits with your life, one-to-one yoga therapy can help.
Yoga therapy uses the tools and practices of classical yoga – postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy – in a way that supports you and your physical, mental and emotional needs.
Rooted in the kosha model – the yogic concept of our five interconnected layers of the being: body, energy, mind, wisdom and spirit – sessions are designed to cultivate more balance, ease and awareness.
We begin with a consultation and create a plan together. Weekly sessions are recommended for continuity and progress, but one-off sessions are also possible.
I'm a CNHC-registered 580-hour-accredited yoga therapist, qualified to work one-to-one with physical and mental conditions.

Online sessions are £65 for 60 mins or £240 for a block of four.
