Yoga therapy involves working one-to-one with your personal needs and goals.

The work is holistic, touching on all aspects of your being – physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual – to help you live more fully with greater balance, self-awareness and self-care.

Yoga therapy uses tools and practices from the yogic tradition such as postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy to do this.

Each session is bespoke and tailored to you, starting with a detailed consultation. Weekly sessions are advised.

Online sessions are £70 for 60 mins or £240 for a block of four.
In-person sessions within London are £85 for 60 mins or £300 for a block of four.
