Hello and welcome. I'm a CNHC-registered 580-hour-accredited yoga therapist, qualified to work one-to-one to support your physical or mental wellbeing.
Whether you’re managing a health condition, feeling stuck or simply wish to find a practice that truly fits, personalised yoga therapy can help.
Yoga therapy harnesses the tools and practices from yoga such as postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy.
Rooted in the kosha model – the yogic concept of our five interconnected layers of being: body, energy, mind, wisdom and spirit – yoga therapy sessions are designed to bring more balance, ease and wellness into your life.
Each session is tailored to you, creating a practice that supports your unique needs.
We begin with a detailed consultation and create a plan together. Weekly sessions are recommended for continuity and progress, but one-off sessions are also possible.

Online sessions are £55 for 60 mins or £200 for a block of four.
