Do you have Parkinson’s Disease, another movement disorder or a long-term health condition? Can you get to Winchester Road Methodist Church in Highams Park on a Tuesday lunchtime? Then join me for a weekly in-person group class funded by Parkinson’s UK.

The sessions are completely free and chair-based, suitable for all abilities. The aim is to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, flexibility and posture for everyday life. The breathwork and relaxation practices are designed to help you manage stress and find some inner calm.

The benefits of yoga have been well documented from improved posture and mobility to reduced anxiety and a lifted mood. As a CNHC-registered yoga therapist, I am qualified to work with physical and mental health conditions.
