Online chair yoga

Online chair yoga class is suitable for all abilities. Especially if you are living with Parkinson’s Disease, another movement disorder, have arthritis, rheumatism, high blood pressure, heart problems or any other condition where gentle movement is advised. Or if you are simply more comfortable moving from a chair.

We usually do some standing postures too but these are optional and can be modified. The aim is to reduce stiffness and improve mobility for everyday life. The breathwork and relaxation practices are designed to help you manage stress and find some inner calm.

The benefits of yoga have been well documented from improved posture, mobility and balance to reduced anxiety and a lifted mood.

Join a class
Classes are on Mondays from 11:00 to 11:45 on Google Meet.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation calendar invite containing the class information and link. You do not need a Google account.
Prices are offered on a sliding scale from £6-£10. Choose a price that works for you.
